Visitor: I sent a mock up request yesterday to Rob Weikel. I was wondering what the next steps were?

Customer service: we are working on it

Visitor: when should I expect to see renderings?

Visitor: also how long is the process to complete order?

Customer service: mock ups take 24-48 hrs to be completed

Customer service: our turnaround is 4-5 weeks

Customer service: first mock ups

Customer service: then we sample the sock

Customer service: and then mass production

Visitor: wow... I thought it was faster., we were trying to get it for April 6th, but I think that's out of the question.

Visitor: when can we see the mock ups?

Customer service: should have them done tomorrow

Customer service: these socks are a knit design

Customer service: very high quality

Customer service: it takes a bit more time

Visitor: sounds good. is there a rush order program, or is it a standard 4-5 weeks always.

Customer service: we do offer rush orders for a rush fee

Customer service: how many pair of socks do you need?

Visitor: would we make the April 6th deadline with a rush fee?

Customer service: yes

Visitor: we would need them in hand BY APRIL 6th

Customer service: we would have to work quick

Customer service: you might have to pay 2 day or overnight shipping

Visitor: let me know if it can be done? This would be something that I am interested in.

Visitor: shipping is not a problem.

Visitor: are they produced with a left and right?

Customer service: no,  they are singles that are paired up

Customer service: they are packaged in pairs left and right

Visitor: ok, i’m looking forward to seeing the mock ups
