Visitor: Do you know approximately how much each pair costs and how long it takes to make them?

Customer service: mid calf socks are $6.99 per pair, 120 pair minimum

Customer service: turnaround is 4-5 weeks

Visitor: ok, How soon can you get a design together?

Customer service: 24 hours

Customer service: our team will design mock ups for you and we should email them tomorrow. how does that sound to you?

Visitor: Great. Is there any way to expedite the process? We would like them as quickly as possible.

Customer service: it is our normal lead time

Customer service: we can guarantee 3 weeks delivery but there is a $100 rush fee.

Customer service: plus any expedited shipping

Visitor: Could you possibly send them in youth and adult sizes?

Customer service: yes, you can mix sizes within the minimum
